Hire for a certain job, receive normal increases in income and cost of living raises. Years later revaliate your job and downgrade you because they think you make to much money. Then after you spend 30 or more years woirnkg for them and retire your retirement is less because of the downgrades and lousy cost of living raises that don’t even cover the insurance preimum that they take out. They give a lousy 2 or 3% cost of living raise and give you a lower percent of it because your retired and don’t think you need it. Then they turn around and give the polotians 15% raises. I could go on forever but it would probably be 20 or more pages. Spend 36 years woirnkg for the Government and go out less than you were hired for. Example: Hired as WG-11 downgraded to WG-8. later upgraded to a WG-9, upgraded to a WG-10 and retired a WG-9. Not any protection at all, and not a thing you can do about it. Bob,
